Using NOUMIS
You must be 16 or over to create an account. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
Offers and rewards
Offers are set and honoured by individual businesses, subject to their own terms and availability. NOUMIS points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire after 24 months of inactivity.
Reviews and content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or posted to manipulate ratings.
Business listings
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, opening hours, prices and offers, and must hold any licences their trade requires. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
NOUMIS is a discovery platform. Contracts for goods and services are between you and the business. We are not liable for the quality of what a business provides, though we will always investigate reports.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect.
